1.         Responsible for the implement of product project and technical standard in production line;

负责产品项目在工厂内部的实施，技术标准在工厂内部的贯彻落实；

2.         Responsible for the making of process documents, process flow chart and operation instructions which were required to implement in workshop;

制定在产线实施的工艺文件，工艺流程图、作业指导书；

3.         To take part in the process auditing and quotation for new projects;

参与工艺评审和新产品报价；

4.         To dispose, coordinate and solve technical problems occurred in production and provide technical support;

具体处理、协调和解决产线生产中出现的技术问题，提供技术支持；

5.         Responsible for statistics and analysis of technical problems occurred in site;

负责现场技术问题的统计与分析；

6.         To take part in auditing of unqualified products and quality complaint ,and process modification work;

参与不合格品和质量事故的评审，以及工艺整改工作；

7.         To take part in the technical analysis of serious unqualified products;

参与严重不合格品的技术分析；

8.         To understand 16949/14001/45001 management system, have the awareness of quality ,safety, saving and environmental  protection. To comply with safety management requirements when you enter the factory(workshop or warehouse);

熟悉16949/14001/45001管理体系，具备质量、安全、节约、环境保护意识。进入工厂（车间，仓库）遵守安全管理要求；

9.         Respect HSE legislation, policies, processes and instructions;

participate in work-related risk assessments: stay qualified by regular training;

work safely and environmentally friendly; apply safety rules and required safety equipment (PPE) consistently;

eliminate unsafe conditions wherever necessary;

escalate any unsafety to supervision and suggest improvements wherever possible.

遵守HSE法规、政策、流程和指示；

参与与工作有关的风险评估:保持合格的定期培训；

安全环保工作;应用安全规则和一贯要求的安全设备(PPE)；

消除不安全无论必要条件；

将任何不安全因素上报给监管部门，并尽可能提出改进建议。
